A Sarah Jessica Parker Movie?
What is this? A Sarah Jessica Parker movie I haven't heard about. It looks like we shall see Sarah again this February in a movie called Failure To Launch. In this movie Parker's character (Paula) is hired to start a relationship with...wait for it....a character (Tripp) played by Matthew McConaughey. Oh it's to good to be true. Not only that but Bradley Cooper is also listed as being in this movie. My good old Alias friend. This I can't wait for! [Source]

Hollywood starlets have found a new must have for this coming year. A baby! Page Six had quite a long list of celebrities hoping for a visit from the stork. So, who's trying for a little one? It seems Naomi Watts is doing anything she can to have a baby with boyfriend Liev Schreiber. Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong are also looking into methods to aid them in pregnancy. Britney Spears has not been quiet about wanting another bundle of joy...and make it a girl this time. There's been much speculation that Angelina Jolie may already be pregnant with Brad Pitts baby. This only makes Jennifer Aniston want a baby even more. Gwen Stefani just recently announced she is expecting her first and Gwyneth Paltrow her second. I'm sure more announcements will be made as the year begins...I mean, it's the new accessory people! Stefani To Be A Mommy
Yes it's true....Gwen Stefani is preggers! Congratulations to Gavin and Gwen. This is truely exciting news. These two are going to make adorable parents. Us Weekly broke the story today:

Britney Spears is not about to allow anyone to take advantage of her (except hubby Kevin Federline). Spears has filed a 20 million dollars law suit against US Weekly claiming the mag published a false story reporting she and her husband, Kevin Federline, made a sex tape and were worried about its release. According to People Magazine Jessica Simpson is doing just dandy after her split with hubby Nick Lachey. Jessica, who has been residing with her parents, filed for divorce last Friday. Katie Holmes celebrated her 27th birthday. Fiance Cruise put together quite a surprise party for his love. First was the party at FAO Schwarz! Cruise was sure to be attentive to Katie while she blew out her candles.
After Schwarz the party moved to Central Park where the two iceskated. Not exactly safe for a pregnant woman but what do I know. They look like they had a great time!!

Simpson Files for Divorce
For all of you out there, like me, hoping Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey could work things out it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Jessica Simpson filed divorce papers on Friday. The reason: irreconcilable differences. Us Weekly was the first to report the news:Us Weekly is the first to report that Jessica Simpson officially file for divorce from her estranged husband Nick Lachey this afternoon in Los Angeles Superior Court. In documents obtained first by Us Weekly, Simpson cites ''irreconcilable differences'' as the reason for the divorce and cites Nov. 23 as the date of separation. Simpson's publicist, Rob Shuter, also has confirmed today's divorce filing to Us. Sources tell Us that Simpson was at her parents' home in Los Angeles meeting with Lachey around the time of the filing. ''Jessica wanted to file so she can move on with her life,'' a Simpson pal tells Us. ''This marks the next stage of her life.''

Matt Hoover, winner of The Biggest Loser, is dating runner up Suzy Preston. The two have confirmed they are in fact in a relationship. How cute is this. They met at the beginning of an amazing journey for the two of them. Together they lost a total of 248 pounds. I hope it works out for these two. One thing is for sure, they understand each others need for healthy eating habits. I always thought that would be the hardest part of losing all that weight on a show like The Biggest Loser. Sole Survivor
The finale of Survivor Guatemala was excellent. I was completely shocked by the turning of events. This season was by far the hardest and it didn't let up at all. The final immunity challenge took a lot of concentration and determination for sure! Lovely Danni Boatwright was a favorite of mine from the beginning! After the tribal merge I honestly didn't think she had a chance. I was holding out hope for her though! She shined during the finale and was ultimately the sole survivor by a jury vote of 6-1. Congratulations Danni! You truly deserve the title!! [Source]

Rachel McAdams - Role Model
JolieinNYC linked to an article by Radar Magazine about a Vanity Fair photo shoot that went awry. You see the beautiful and talented Rachel McAdams was to be on the cover of the Tom Ford (guest editor) edition of Vanity Fair. That is until she was blindsided by the information that her publicist had agreed McAdams would do the cover, with other lady celebrities, in the nude. McAdams promptly fired her PR representative, Amy Van Iden, and left the shoot.

The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe
I am just shocked at how well made this movie was! Can I just say I will be seeing it again and again. I still remember watching the BBC version when I was little. The books were read to my sister and I each night by our Dad! This movie blows the old version away. The characters (esp Lucy) are so well casted. Aslan is perfect -ok Josh, he could have been a little bigger :o)- his roar was amazing. I just can't say enough about this film. I can finally say- Good going Disney.

It looks like both Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have acquired high profile lawyers for their divorce proceedings. I wish this wasn't true. I absolutely loved The Devil Wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger. The book was excellent and I just am so excited about the movie version. Today I came across the first picture of Meryl Streep as Miranda. Now, don't get me wrong, I love Meryl Streep. She's a very talented actress. Unfortunately though I think she is just all wrong as Miranda. Perhaps I'll be blown away but I truly doubt it. I could see someone like Lara Flynn Boyle playing Miranda. I am just amazed that, as of today, this blog has had over 10,000 visitors. It's been just shy of two months since I started posting daily. Danielle Calo Wants Attention
The Ohio State student that claims to have had a kissing session with Nick Lachey is taking it public. Danielle Calo sat down with Extra for an interview to explain what happened and how it's affected her. According to the interview Calo accepted an invitation to go back to Nick's hotel. She claims the two only kissed because she told Nick, ''If you think I'm that kind of girl, I'm not,''. Right, she's not the kind of girl to sleep with a married man. Only the kind that goes back to a married man's hotel room to kiss for hours. Or was it hours? When the story first broke it was an hour long makeout session. Now when asked to rate Nick as a kisser the student said, "I don't know, like a nine -- eight or nine -- it was not that long -- like five minutes.'' So which is it Danielle?Calo does apparently regret the entire meeting. She said if she met Jessica she would apologize. "I'd say I'm sorry. Well, the word from Hollywood this morning is that Nicole Kidman is engaged to country star Keith Urban.
Kidman has been sporting a rock on her engagement finger, yet has been mum on the whole deal. I'm told the engagement is on, and this is good news for one of my favorite people in the unreal world of make-believe.
Urban, about whom I know nothing, is a country star who made an impressive appearance on the Country Music Association Awards show last month. He's Australian, so he and Nicole will have something in common. Aside from the fact that she's an Oscar winner and he's a big singing star, they should have a fairly normal marriage
Perhaps they really are engaged. I'm happy for them both. They have each been favorites of mine for some time. Of course with the news of their engagement come the pregnancy rumors. I mean it's the only reason people get married these days right? Come on now.
